Terms of Service — Aziza Kitchen

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aziza Kitchen website, mobile experience, and services operated by EAT Foods Pvt. Ltd. ("Aziza Kitchen", "we", "us"). By creating an account, placing an order, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or hold a subscription. By using Aziza Kitchen, you confirm you can lawfully enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for all activity under your account.
Keep your password confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, repeated chargebacks, or breach of these Terms.

3. Orders, Subscriptions & Programs

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST is itemized on every invoice.
Acceptance of an order is confirmed only upon payment success or an "order accepted" notification.
We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues, pincode out of range).
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may pause, swap, or cancel from your account at least 24 hours before the next renewal.
Transformation programs include coaching hours; coach scheduling is subject to availability.

4. Food, Allergens & Nutrition

Our kitchens prepare food in shared facilities. While we follow strict hygiene and labeling, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contact with allergens (egg, dairy, gluten, soy, peanuts, tree nuts). Nutrition values are estimates and may vary by ±10%.

5. Delivery & Pickup

We deliver inside Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar (GIFT City) for pincodes shown at checkout.
Delivery windows are best-effort and may be impacted by weather, traffic, or operational issues.
Risk passes to you on hand-off to you or an authorized recipient at the delivery address.

6. Payments

We accept Cards, UPI, and net-banking, and via Stripe where available. By paying online, you authorize Stripe to process your payment under their terms.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and replacements are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

No reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated access without written consent.
No attempts to disrupt service, bypass rate limits, or exploit security weaknesses.
No uploading of illegal, defamatory, infringing, or hateful content via reviews/community.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, recipes, branding, and code are owned by EAT Foods Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Disclaimers

Aziza Kitchen content (including AI nutrition guidance) is for general wellness and not medical advice. Always consult a qualified medical professional before changing your diet, especially with pre-existing conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws that may apply at your place of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
