Shipping & Delivery Policy

Where we deliver
We currently cook and deliver inside Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar (GIFT City). You can check serviceability by entering your pincode at checkout. Outside these areas, you'll see a friendly notice - drop us a line and we'll let you know when we expand.
Delivery times
- Morning subscriptions: delivered 6:30–9:30 AM, 7 days a week.
- On-demand orders: ~30 minutes during 7 AM – 9 PM, slightly longer in peak hours and bad weather.
- Store products: 1–2 working days within Ahmedabad; 3–5 days for shipping outside (where available).
Delivery fees
- Delivery is free within 5 km of our Makarba kitchen (Prahlad Nagar, Satellite, Vejalpur, Juhapura, Sarkhej).
- ₹30 per delivery for 5-10 km, ₹50 for 10-15 km and ₹70 for 15-20 km, charged per drop.
- Beyond 20 km we are not serviceable yet - write to hello@azizakitchen.com and we will tell you when we reach you.
- Delivery is on us for 3-month subscription commitments and office clusters of 5 or more meals to one address.
- Store shipping fees calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Pickup
You can choose pickup at checkout. We'll have your order ready in ~15 minutes at our SG Highway flagship store.
Tracking
Every order shows live status - placed, accepted, cooking, packed, out for delivery, delivered. Once out for delivery, you'll see your rider's live location on the map. You can also reach the rider directly on WhatsApp from the order page.
Failed deliveries
If we cannot reach you (no answer, locked gate, wrong address), we hold the order at the rider's last location for 15 minutes and call you twice. If still unreachable, the order is marked failed; perishable items cannot be re-delivered and are not refundable, but we'll credit a portion as goodwill.
