Questions.
How is the 50/50 profit share paid?
Every month you get a statement showing sales and every cost. Operating profit is split 50/50 and your share is paid by the 10th of the next month.
Do I need food-business experience?
No. On the Managed plan HQ runs the kitchen, staff, suppliers and delivery. On Self-run we train you and your team before launch.
Do I get an exclusive area?
Yes. Each partner gets a protected delivery area (about 3–4 km for a cloud kitchen) for the agreement term.
How long is the agreement?
5 years, renewable.
Is the franchise fee refundable?
If we cannot approve a site within 90 days of signing, the fee is refunded in full.
Are these earnings guaranteed?
No. All figures are estimates based on our current prices and costs. Real results depend on location, rent and sales.
